Hi, I’m Rel!

I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, self-proclaimed chef, and artist.

I'm 26, a proud auntie to a senior pitbull, and I live on Long Island, NY. When I'm not working with clients on their fertility journeys, you'll probably find me alchemizing something in my laboratory (aka, my kitchen) or outside getting some fresh air.

My path into this work started long before I was born.

My twin sister and I were conceived through IVF using a donor egg. Our parents spent years trying to conceive on their own first, enduring three miscarriages and a lot of heartbreak, before deciding, at 49, to pursue IVF to build their family.

What wasn't visible on the surface was everything underneath: chronic health issues, poor hormone status, micronutrient deficiencies, years of toxin exposure. My parents got the family they wanted. But they also both died young, worn down by the same health struggles that had made conceiving so hard in the first place.

I've spent a lot of time grieving over what might have been different if someone had helped them understand what was actually happening in their bodies, not just whether they could get pregnant, but why things weren't working, and what it would take to fix it at the root.

That's the work I do now.

I help individuals and couples who are exhausted by "unexplained infertility" understand what's really going on with their hormones and gut health. Through functional lab testing and a thorough intake process, I look past the surface-level advice you've probably already tried, and build a personalized picture of what your body actually needs to support egg and sperm health naturally.
